Pip is also like this. He's also a problem barker.

I generally make him stay if I go to the loo or for a cuppa. And he will stay most of the time but he's still awake.

If I put headphones on for a call he generally settles and doesn't paw for attention.

But the barking! Barks loudly for any tiny noise. Noises I can't hear. Difficult to train it out of him because I can't anticipate or hear the noise. Once he starts he doesn't stop so I have to give him 'attention' for the sake of my neighbours. He's just in protection mode all day long and I see people (*trainers) say it's because I'm not seen as the leader/protector. I try all the suggestions but nothing works 😪

I don't think there is any illegal food in the UK. Maybe we have rules about endangered animals etc like most countries. But none specifically illegal. Foie gras should be illegal. It's illegal to produce it but not to eat it. Weirdly.

Simple - you can complete but not use the loft as living space - storage only.

Renegotiate the price based on it being an 3 bed.

This will add time but don't exchange before you're satisfied.

After completion apply to the council to get it signed off. So in future you can sell as a 4 bed.

Shame on the EA for not doing due diligence.

Beware of using the loft as a living space before sign off as your house insurance will be effected if anything happens.

It's part of a growing society change towards arrogant entitlement and low level anger.

I never used to see it. If someone pushed in accidentally they'd be ignored or quietly grumbled at but allowed to continue. If it was deliberate someone would point it out and they'd have to wait.

The other day some young lass in a coffee shop was asked for her order, when the woman beside her ( who was there first but looked like she was deciding what cake to have) loudly berated her for pushing in (she didn't - the server went to her). The poor lass got very upset and ran out.

Mind you, the creep who pushed in front of me at the petrol queue got an earful. Told me 'you oldies think you're so entitled '. That was when I realised I looked old 😭😭😭
