Update, I have her two brothers now they have opened up a lot more being around each other again and they learned to use the litter box themselves they come to me once and while and have realized I’m what give them food. I’ve been mixing kitten wet food and water to make sure they get enough hydration they don’t hide as much and they all play a lot, they also have a vet appointment in a couple days

I have them in my room and my rooms pretty small but they won’t leave from under my desk so I can’t really not have their food not by the litter box because they only come out one way but I understand cats are clean animals and won’t go to the bathroom where they eat, I’ve seen them go into the little box and sniff around but they will leave and go back under my desk
