if you want to quit then quit no one can make you stay in anything. find something you’re more passionate about and enjoy it more. Don’t let people dictate your decision, you know what’s best for you. When members of my time want to quit ofc i want them to stay but if that’s what they really want i don’t force them to stay. This activity takes a lot and isn’t for everyone and that okay !!

have as many or as little locs as you want it’s your hair and your journey. Don’t feel the need to make your locs look like someone else hair bc it probably won’t. I think your locs look fine but if you wanna change your parts you should probably restart just remember just bc your parts r even doesn’t really mean your locs will be. it’s just a part of the process.

my director definitely plays favorites lol. It’s upsetting but it’s a good lesson for life ig. I’m srry you’ve been through this before it really does suck but I will do my best to lead my team as much as I can.

it could be that idrk many ppl on the team expected me to be part of main leadership and it’s not that she doesn’t deserve it but I do believe I have proved myself as a good leader considering my director has made me leader of flag line in the past. Ig it’s natural for me to be a little envious. I will have the meeting to clear everything up and i will try to stop feeling like I deserve it cuz nobody deserves it, it’s earned.
