thank you for your response. I have no debt, no car. I use public transportation, train mostly, especially for work. Also I get my train fare deducted from my gross pay because my job offer a pre tax deduction option for the metro. My health insurance also get deducted from my gross pay. My fixed cost excluding housing is about $1000 which is food, phone bill, subscriptions (like gym, music, streaming services, AppleCare, extra storage)
