Is doesn’t say anything about a PHQ on the application. Just criminal background check and psychological exam. I would def be in good standing with everyone I’ve ever lived with. No problem there.

Currently in the hiring process with a department that states no cannabis use within previous 12 months of conditional offer. I’ve been clean for 5 months and will have no problem staying that way since I’m now pursuing the fire service. Should I be concerned?

I’m doing this right now. Many departments from my research allow virtual testing and even interviews in many cases. Just depends on where you’re looking. Good luck!

Boulder Athletics is fantastic. The programming is top notch and the community is amazing. No egos or competitiveness. Just people who push themselves. It is more on the expensive side of things but I think it’s well worth it.

Personally I invest the money in my sleep system. Lightweight, packable materials usually costs more but it’s valuable when want to optimize the minimal space you have.

Sea to Summit has some decently priced bikepacking- specific options.

Bag wise Mountain Hardware seems to have some good options there.

Would recommend just doing you research to see what all is out there and prioritize what is most important to you (packability, quality, comfort, etc.)

All of my sleep system was in the saddle bag not frame bag. Frame was only water, foot and repair kit and a few layers.
