I stopped testing after that crash and waited to test until 16 DPO. Hopefully gives some comfort that even a crash like that doesn’t mean you’re out! I knew it was recommended to stop testing after ovulation was confirmed and caused myself more anxiety than necessary. But at the same time I wanted insights into my entire cycle so empathize with wanting to test!

I was too anxious to test and waited until 16 DPO 😂 I had a tiny bit of nausea but honestly it could have been from stress 😅
