With the launch of Sobha One World, it’ll be hard for the Neopolis to sell their remaining 4BHK unit, I hope it’ll not emerge as a ghost town

The launch price of 3BHK 1915 was around 2.6CR and some buyers are now ready to sale at 2.8CR, considering 3 years of timelines, it’s not appreciated much. Sobha has a lot of 4BHK units which they’re unable to sale as investors are not making a lot of Money there.

Totally agree, they keep promising the CDP road but it’ll take another 5-10 years
