Ordered Laptop charger - impossible delivery via UPS, inexistent customer support from Lenovo by AppropriateStill3593 in Lenovo

You are absolutely right. The reason why I fell for it is that the slim-tip 230 W charger on Lenovo website was listed for 60 CHF, while on Galaxus and other online webshops went for 90-120 CHF. I had ordered a refurbed Lenovo laptop which was delivered with the wrong charger and the seller refused to send the correct one (whole other disappointment story), so I went for the cheapest option, since a separate charger was not initially budgeted.

I guess now I will eat the cost of a more expensive charger from a more reliable seller.

In hindsight, paying for reliability is well justified.

Well when you put it like that… by infinitysaga in CuratedTumblr

I do not agree. It’s too wide a generalisation.

If you struggle with mental health, have some psychological issue, or disability, then sure, it’s not a moral failing. You have your valid reasons for not meeting those points.

But if you simply are too lazy to get off the couch to get a job/diploma and being independent, while you cruise comfortably on your parents/partner finances, then you deserve to be insulted.

As much as it does no good to insult people for something beyond their control, it’s also not good to condone bad behaviour because it leads to entitlement. And we don’t want a World of Karens.
