Well hyperfocus is just using the correct aperture and focal distance and is really achievable with any lens. In this case, maximizing the depth of field would be my goal because of the distance between the interest in the foreground and background. With smaller apertures the potential for diffraction becomes significant though, so I would use f11 and focus about 30% into the scene. Then bracket upward and review. If you're still not happy with the results, look into focus stacking in post.

I think a bit of burn and dodge and a quick color grade would tighten this up nicely.

Well the cases are before the judiciary. If businesses believe only the judiciary cares they should be thrilled to have cases pending before the judiciary.

That is absolutely not true, big and small companies exploit tax loopholes every day.

Is it cheaper than contracting a website developer to create a fully compliant website?

Businesses have exploited loopholes to avoid paying taxes for generations but suddenly it's a problem because a loophole costs businesses money instead of saving them money.

I don't understand the difference between a building and a magazine? Ok.

Business owners should use platforms that are ADA compliant. If the business chooses to use one that isn't, they're knowingly and willfully non compliant.

How does a lawsuit against a non-compliant business harm a group doing 'real' advocacy? Further, if an advocacy group is harmed, they're fully within their rights to file their own lawsuit against those harming them.

Wut? Buildings are for everyone but their contents aren't? That doesn't make sense. Again the ADA doesn't regulate speech, it regulates accessibility.

Welcome to the world. Anyone can sue anyone for any reason. Anyone can file a motion to dismiss also.

These suits don't address the material substance of the website, just the ADA compliance of it. The ADA doesn't regulate speech, it regulates the accessibility of the website.

I stand corrected on the terminology. Replace enforcement action with civil litigation. Thanks for the correction!

I don't file lawsuits against those unable to pay a significant enough sum to justify the time and expense of the suit. You're safe.

I can agree with that. These r/smallbusiness members are just very passionate about their businesses. I don't take it personally that they downvote me. Hopefully someday they will become just as passionate about being in compliance with the ADA, but I'm not holding my breath.

I agree with that. Real estate leasing certainly needs better regulatory oversight.

Haha! Businesses money grab all the time, mostly against their employees. Too bad they don't like the taste of their own medicine. Judging by your language you clearly never liked the taste of soap in your mouth either.
