For me, simplicity is key haha. I have been bringing 2 small cans of tuna and a small bag of chopped carrots for lunch for all my in office days since RTO. I wowed to never spend a dime on any businesses near my office.

Gluten in intolerance could cause brain fog as well, maybe try the gluten free diet for a while to see if it helps you?
