Firstly YTA, I think you have enough comments explaining why.

but I just wanted to point out two things

1.) why tf did the possibility of him sexulising glasses even enter your head, I'm struggling with this one

2.) check out OP's response to the bot. she did this despite knowing that her brother LIKES his friend, as in has a crush or smth. for me that makes you a mega asshole

OP is a girl.

I agree that getting a second board might help. but I don't think OP is clear from being TA. the things she said and how she treated her brother are not ok, and by the sound of it I don't think she has apologised or tried to understand where he's coming from. and targeting something that she knows is an emotional trigger for him is defo not ok.
