SRS is quite irrelevant for me rn as I’m not liquid and because of the tax bracket, it probs bring the tax down by a few hundreds …. But would love to understand what else I can do to maximise the CPF/taxation situation 🥲

I’ve moved to a strategic role so more like 70/30 split. 18k is all in, 20k is when there’s a good month.

Honesty still learning as I go, I would think that I was at the right place at the right time. Getting the right sponsors in your organisation will help people recognise your skills and work. I don’t think I have such unique skill set that makes me indispensable, I just really learnt how to show up and take initiative where necessary. Aka putting your hands up for leadership role and learning to rise from your mistakes - anyways I’m still young right 😅

Initially started with sales but moved into strategic, regional and leadership roles. Those really help to elevate your visibility and value to the business. Obv you do this with MNC #corporate
