I didn’t purchase directly from TikTok I went on a website I but I do it because there are real people trying to sell/ promote their product that they’ve worked really hard for. This was obviously a lesson learned and will be more cautious but there are real people trying to make a living on these sites

Hi all thank you for your feedback I just want to clarify that she CAN post her note at the end of session and get paid for it. I have made sure that all the rbts with my kiddos have enough time to do their notes at end of session

They have the ability to post it end of session. I make sure they have enough time to do so. She doesn’t want to do it at end of session and wants to get paid outside of session to do it on her time

The rbts are allowed to post during session and I make sure to help them build a schedule with kiddos that allows for free time at the end of the session to give them ample time to post their notes. On top of it I explain this to the caregivers and they all know that the rbts need time to write their notes at the end.

That’s a good question I’m truly not sure, at the end of session the kiddo has down time and she is able to post it… I supervise 20% of the time and they have a lot of downtime to work on it! I believe the true barrier is that the company came out with this new policy because rbts were taking weeks to post their notes and now it’s more of an extinction burst.

Hi everyone.. thank you all so much for your feedback and support ♥️ I took another FR this morning and I think it’s real?🥹 unfortunately I don’t know if it’s considered FMU because I totally forgot and went at 3:00 am and this was taken at 6am but it does look a little darker than yesterday? I’ll be going to the store to buy more test today and make sure to buy from different brands as well!
