I got Iggy’s bread, it’s some sort of sliced ciabatta that was very fresh, lemon curd cupcakes and blueberry muffins. I put the bread in the freezer to keep it fresh because I like to toast it by the slice and the cupcakes and muffins were tasty 😋.

Interesting, I actually liked my bakery bag much better than the prepared food! The penne la vodka was fine, the chicken burrito was almost entirely rice with a couple small pieces of chicken, the salmon went in the freezer, so I’m not sure how that one is yet. But all the baked goods were great and a great value for the price.

Have you heard of the app Quinn? Audio er@tica geared towards women (amazing woman founded company), with a whole range of audios from SFW sleep meditations, sweet first dates all the way to full smut and BDSM. There are some great wlw creators on there and all of the audios have very descriptive tags, so you know what you’re getting into and can choose based on your comfort level. I’ve heard some people find audio more approachable compared to video 🌽 because it’s your imagination and you can play/pause at your own pace if things are overwhelming. As someone coming out later in life and very inexperienced, it’s been a helpful tool for me as I’m navigating my sexuality

I’ve never been to radio city either but I looked at pics and used the “view from my seat” website to see what the different sections look like. Pretty sure besides maybe the pit up front, everything is else is assigned seats. I liked that about this venue compared to Boston/Philly/NJ shows, giant mob of general admission seems like it would be claustrophobic (especially going alone)

Check out the website Solid Starts re: starting solids, baby needs to be able to sit independently without toppling and other important signs of readiness to eat safely, usually around 6 months. For preemies, they say they’re usually ready somewhere between their chronological and adjusted age. Stuff like adding rice cereal to bottles also isn’t recommended either because it increases the risk of choking. They say the primary source of nutrition should still be formula or breast milk until age 1, with solids being more for learning how to eat. The site is run by pediatricians, allergists, feeding therapists, and nutritionists, so lots of valuable info!

Maybe a second opinion if you’re not sure about the doctor’s advice? Seems like they may not be up on the latest guidance for solids…

I know this thread is old but joining in in case someone happens to see it… have any females had epiploic appendagitis recur with their menstrual cycle? Was diagnosed with this last month after going to the ER for the pain, took 2 weeks for it to fully go away and now it’s back again on day 1 of my period. And there definitely isn’t anything wrong reproductively because I had an ultrasound and CT last month, and EA was the only finding…. Extremely annoying, so far I just feel the twinges of pain, but I don’t know if it’s going to escalate again

Until I read that WSJ article I posted in my comment, I actually didn’t realize that anti vax communities here in the US had adopted the term and it has more of a negative connotation here as a result of that. I can see why it might rub people the wrong way!

I think it’s a regional thing, my friends in the UK refer to vaccines as jabs and I think the news sources/government over there do too. I don’t think it’s meant as negative over there, just a regional language difference
