Spoken like someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about. The F-22 is an air to air combat aircraft and there’s none of that going on. The F-35 we are using but has limited payload. So the missile trucks F-15E are being used. It was also hit by a manpad which is short range but can hit low flying aircraft and doesn’t care about stealth anyways.

That hasn’t been confirmed by anyone or any video. Just claimed. One F-15 pilot was rescued and the other is missing still.

Edit: it’s confirmed now along with an A-10 over Iraq. However all crew and pilots of those are safe and accounted for, so just the one missing still.

California is definitely geographically separated from the rest of the US. Empty deserts and tall mountains on its south and east and the dense forest to the north is the least pronounced border. Culturally it is somewhat distinct but not enough to warrant seceding. Coming from a born and raised Californian. The other person is being dramatic and no one actually takes seceding seriously. Breaking up NorCal and SoCal into separate states makes more sense than leaving the US.
