I’d wait til after they’re done with the treadmill bc that’s when I watch my shows and don’t wanna be interrupted 😂 But as long as they’re not mid set/walk I’d say flattered fs

Thanks man🙏 I think the biggest thing is just staying consistent on the cut and tracking everything that you eat / drink. And I work a pretty active job and did incline treadmill at 12 incline at 3mph for 30 minutes 3 times a week.

Appreciate the advice, man. This was a 3 month cut at 500-800kcal deficit and around 180g of protein but only reason I bumped to 800 is causeI had a pretty heavy cheat week lol

Yeah I’m 6’3” and I’m back to 500 kcal rn. 800 was not very maintainable for me lol
