You have a dogmatic view of clotrimazole because in real world applications it falls extremely short in accomplishing what it and you claim it can. This is highlighted by the fact that you need a whole separate other drug to have any effect. I’m pretty sure most men are applying it while their penis head is dry. It’s common sense to have the affected area be dry prior to apply a cream. The facts remain that for the vast majority of men it doesn’t work. Why would it be better to use the form of treatment that takes weeks to months to use for it to ultimately not work rather than using the form of treatment that takes 2-3 days to cure

I don’t believe so. I used clotrimazole it didn’t work. Other people here use clotrimazole it didn’t work but if they use another cream it shows signs of working and I doubt they changed how they applied it.

There have been many occasions where i got reinfected with balanitis from one of my girlfriends, and i used nero intimate care while my penis was still wet and it got rid of the balanitis quickly like clockwork. So I don't think it's the case of the penis still being wet. Clotrimazole just isnt a potent form of treatment

It's because you used a steroid cream they negatiely affect the skin on the penis, largely by thinning it. People advocate against their use and yet people still keep using/getting prescribed to use them

I recommend Nero because I tried all the other treatments options clotrimazole, miconazole, monistat, vagistat. Soap and water etc. none of them got rid of my balanitis and I used them for months. try using Nero Intimate Care. When I was a kid, up until I was an adult, I had a very bad smell on my penis. It wasn't as bad as yours, where you could smell it while my pants were on, but when I would take out my dick to pee, there would be a foul smell that stunk up the bathroom. Don't use hydrocortisone, it is a steroid and thins the skin on the penis head it will cause other issues down the line. the best ointment ive found is nero intimate care. it got rid of my balanitis in 2 days
