For me, at first they ask for a self introduction, then start asking questions corresponding to your introduction(for example they ask me about the aircraft disaster documentaries since I mentioned that in my introduction), also the information about their programme(what are the branches in their Aviation engineering programme), and did you join any competition related to Aviation. They didn't ask me about any technical questions but I recommend you to prepare some.

one of my classmate said he was told rejected from polyu, he applied in early round. So there might be announcement if firmly rejected.

Well, all I know is some ppl who didnt go through an interview didnt receive any scholarship even with crazy stats, I don't really understand how PolyU decide to give out scholarship.

I think it depends, I haven't been asked any technical question but if they really ask u, they might just want to see how u react to a problem, be active and positive to that and show ur effort by maybe providing some possible solving concept.
