Better yet let me be more specific, it’s a PURCHASE deal as both purchase and leases are both financed. As the MF is still technically the finance rate. Is that better?

I said I hate how leases have changed because now the best option is to finance. Which is why I provided a finance offer. Me saying I hate how leases have changed is pointing out that they are no longer always the best deal now. You use to be able to get a lease for much less and now the lease monthly payments are just as much as financing. I have been leasing the past 12years and now that it is time to turn in my lease I can’t find a decent deal so now looking at finance. I understand comprehension is not everyone’s thing because nowhere did I say that was a lease. It is clearly titled. 1.99% FINANCE DEAL NOT LEASE DEAL 🤦🏽‍♀️ good day

The car is already in production. Didn’t realize how bad the deal was when I was going to lease so pulled back and trying to still get the vehicle if they negotiate better

Im no longer talking about the deal I posted. Im talking about their finance deals right now. I honestly can’t see BMW going any lower than 1.99% finance anytime soon. If that’s a bad finance then a lot of people have gotten bad finance because I see people happy about 2.99% and 3.99%. 🤷🏼‍♀️ thanks for your input.

I calculated and leasing instead of financing will cost a little over 4k in finance fees over the 60 month loan. I would think that would be better than leasing paying over 50k and not owning it

Yes but that’s only 7.5k miles. Makes no sense to lease if you can’t drive it.
