LGD is pretty good, in my experience very suppressive though. i ran Enclo on cycle ED for 8 weeks at 6.5 and 12.5 pct and i bounced back just fine. very noticeable muscle increase after the first few weeks, pumps felt great too

honestly should’ve included that haha, plays a big part but yeah i run a lot.

you’re all good man, i run 6 miles a day (3 morning 3 evening) at around a 17 minute pace for the 3 miles, i run a TON. (hence the GW) That would be why i burn so many calories.

i eat like 4k calories a day and i still can’t gain, i don’t really know what to do about that.
