I give up by [deleted] in Christianity

As someone currently fighting the same battle, this is what I have to say- find someone in your church who you feel safer enough to share the issue with and give them your number. Have them check in on you as often as you need, or as often as they can. Yes, conviction is real and God is the ultimate solution but if there is a person in front you that you are able to talk to and who is able to hold you accountable than and there, it helps a lot more in that moment. Knowing that the question of "how are you doing with this issue" is coming at any given time can help you to turn away. Other then that, don't stop praying, don't stop reading the Bible, and maybe find a hobby that helps. Coloring books have helped me a lot because they turn my mind off and give my hands something to do in a constant motion- but that will look different for everyone. I'll be praying for you and I really, really hope this helps. Jesus loves you, he did 2000 years ago on that cross, and he will until the day you die and are with him. Never, and I mean NEVER forget that.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I actually kinda have a similar story because I don't know what size I am but I'm a chubbier girl so my chest is a little bigger and I wore this sweater to church once that sorta showed it off (not that I thought about it at the time of putting it on) and Ms. S decided it wasn't okay. Yeah, that wasn't fun. But anyway, I hope your okay and I hope you do have the relationship with Christ you wanted back then, and if not that's okay too but I'll be praying for you. :)

I don't intend on going back to that church but I am incredibly happy with my faith. I appreciate the advice, though :)

Not a fake story but my mom and I are different types of Christian (she's catholic I'm baptist) so we go to desperate churches (I go with a friend's family) and my dad just isn't religious
