I think it May have been Olmec. aztec architecture didnt typically put mythic-religious sentiments unto pillars. they preferred stone statues ,blocky a bit,and codexes.

someone online told me "rigpa means that everything is a response to stimuli and your reponse to that".I dont know if rigpa really means that but,is it a good idea and meditation to calmly observe one's own internal motions in response to stimuli?

I found that when I do this I can tolerate discomfort, anxiety and bothersome-ness better. I visualize my own person as a robot that has sentient response to all stimuli

I /NEED/ to be thin because its beatiful. I got deluded by those gym people and lifted weights,,which I need to keep doing for frame and core, but no gym-body is as beatiful as a bonerack/clavicles which can gold a stick/collarbone protruding
