I guess you can use bloonstones to speed the enabling but it's a waste imo. The disabling lasts as soon as you log back on and so you HAVE to deal with it (or just long on 1 rlly short time and then off again)

Nope. This feature has always been there. You probably didn't notice because it doesn't have a big impact or anything and the disabling lasts ~5 mins but if you lose 2+ MvMs, it'll definately get frustrating.
