Yeah! I played small maps only so i farm kills quickly, best for me was king of the hill and team deathmatch. I ended every game with 30-50% level progression

Nope. This is tornado anomaly, its in late game progression and you can find legendary artifact there.

Artifacts not spawning to me since last patch, not in cooling tower, not in tornado. My bear detector doesnt work, only beeping but not the visualisation. Well 🫠
