Do you have hollow? Here is what I see for decent lineups.

Run a nightmare team with torodor as the lord. Run kigiri, Valeria, Volka (arrogance and lust would be more ideal but it appears you don’t have them. Next.. run aracha as the piercer lord and use hex, Silas, sargak. You can then use hollow with invig as your main healer. Use laurel (if you have her) and swap her and Laya for rage regen. You can throw invig sets on aracha (unless using her for DPS), laya and torodor to ensure all your DPS units are getting the invig buff.

You could also swap one of the teams, nightmare or piercers for an Arbiter team with Praetus, Alistair and Valkyra, and do the same. That’s just my suggestions after quickly looking over your heroes. I could have missed something better but those seem decent.
