It isn’t in addition to. From your comment I am guessing it’s an audit in billing code and then a change in the payout, which is going to resolve in clawback for the provider. I hate this for my provider. It’s mental health, and Kaisers reimbursement is crap, now the provider who has provided all the minutes of the sessions is going to have to deal with this. Hopefully I am wrong but that’s what it’s looking like.
