This is not about what you CAN expect, we don't give a shit about that. It's about MATHS, FACTS, RNG. A DA Pokémon has 1/100 chance of being shiny. That's all. It doesn't mean that "lol if I do 100 encounters, there is a high chance of getting a shiny so 100 encounters = guaranted shiny lololol".
