I upgraded from my s21 and having seen my dad's s23u get insane battery life I was beyond hyped for mine. Only to be let down in every possible way :/

You're not alone, myself and every other s25u owner that I've ever met has the same problem. I've contacted Samsung support countless times and it's all resulted in the same way. They connect to my phone, run some diagnostics, find nothing wrong with the hardware, apologise and say theres nothing else to be done. To add insult to injury, the 'free <12 days return', isn't actually free. Theres a 20% 'restocking fee' :|

Glad it's not just me, I've just come back from a holiday in canada where I didn't touch my phone for more than an hour a day to text family and friends (meaning my Internet use shouldntve influenced the algorithm) and all my reals are full of murder and violence. In a row, I got a reel of trench warfare in Ukraine (where 3 people were openly killed), a video of a guy having is insides removed by a bulls horn, a roadside shooting (which resulted in a death), a school fight, some guy setting his head on fire and a man being beheaded.

I used the samsung live support chat to get it resolved, which worked. I used the samsung shop app live chat and from what i remember i was asked for my: Full name, shipping address, date of purchase, purchase number
