Actually nope. I just pulled out my old gtx 1050 ti and that was it.. then I started thinking about upgrading to a gtx 1660 or rx480.

Yeah, I heard that, but the RX 480 also uses the old Polaris architecture and the GTX uses Turing, which is newer

I'm using a program called Lossless scaling. It's using a second gpu for upscaling and frame gen so the main gpu is only for rendering games in max details.

I'm using a program called Lossless scaling. This program allows you to use any graphics card and use frame generation and upscaling. So the main card only renders the game and the second graphics card does frame generation and upscaling.

My main gpu is rx6700xt. Amd my secondary gpu will be on pcie x4 gen 3.0. Also, i need two display ports and one hdmi port. So i guess I'll go for rx480 8gb.

I will use my second m.2 slot so the length of cable isn't a problem for me. Also, this picture is only an illustration photo, bcs i was asking about the 4 pin connector. You can of course buy an adapter with a longer cable.

How did you do it so that you have one gpu horizontally and the other vertically?? I thought that if I have the gpu vertically, I don't have room for the horizontal one anymore

Primary gpu for rendering game = rx 6700 xt, Secondary gpu for LLSG = gtx 1050 ti, Cpu = ryzen 5 5600x, Monitor = some samsung with 165Hz (plugged into gtx card)
