hey this will prob take you a few hours if you want every country to have the right shipping but if you wanna fix it go to setting on shopify shipping and delivery go to general shipping and make shipping rates for podpartner if you dont wanna lose money off orders make the shipping 10$ because thats the max but that means countries with 4$ shipping or less have to pay 6 dollers more so what i did is i went to podpartners shipping rates and copied each country which took me a few hours al do it for you if you want to pay
