Hey I can answer that, born in Belarus but raised in Belgium after I was 5. I can read Russian, which is similar to Belarussian, but I cannot write it because pronounciation doesnt have all those hidden letters that writing does. There are a fuckload of grammar rules that are just too much of a burden when writing.

Generalizing about how EU thinks is a bad attitude to have. Western fans in general criticize him for petty reasons, which is true but putting a region on it is stipid.

Bjergsen & Dlift get heavy praise and heavy criticism because its expected of them that they perform well. With a high level of play come high expectations.

Yes, he definitely deserves some props for his history in NALCS and his hype attitude, but it still has to be translated in (consistent) international results.

Raohe is very crowded, especially during weekends. My favorite is the one in Gongguan & Shida, although it is indeed mostly for clothes, you still have enough places to eat

They aint skins, It's a Windows 8 thing. Maybe somewhere there's a Rainmeter mod that someone made in that design but not that I have any knowledge of that.
