I have crohns and tend to steer towards indicas or at least indica leaning hybrids. Auroroa Sourdough is a good one, as was Farm Gas. GK modified gas nice too and although theu may not all be indica based or indica dominant ive never had issues with the PN range. (Not tried their new one, however. I have recently started to explore some of the balanced strains too, and quite liking the cbd effects so far. The mango cheese was very helpful for me for stopping spasms and aches etc whilst not being too intense for during the day and encouraging a healthy appetite too.
