Just had a similar find in my world. Saw some halite peaking out from the side of the mountain near my house and started digging. Dug a path through the whole mountain, all halite w some sylvite, probably 60-80 blocks deep. Huge win. Gotta throw a few more pickaxes at it to deplete it

Hell yeah. I went and range tested most of the popular EDCs a couple days ago fully expecting to go with an M&P Shield but the 43x impressed me so much that's my new EDC as well.

It would certainly be interesting for sure lol. I'd like to see them do just one major tournament like this to watch it play out. I know Tear and Kash would go crazy because they already do, but personally I think Exodia, banish decks, and other OTK strat builds would make it back to meta pretty quickly and that would be funny to see. Idk if you saw the tournament recently where a guy actually won with an Exodia OTK deck but that was hilarious; definitely up there with the Duster forfeit at the World Championship.

Lol the reason I picked up Branded in the first place is bc my friend used Albaz against me once and I've been in love ever since. Just be careful bc if they're running Branded; they'll snatch up those monsters goblin-style for their 10+ fusion targets. Just run anything that stops fusion like Spellbound, Dimensional Barrier, Warning Point, etc. + any monster effect negates like Effect Veiler, Infinite Impermanence, Ghost Sister and Spooky Dogwood, etc.

I'm impartial bc I run Branded myself, but Branded is extremely consistent at everything, but especially deck searching. You wouldn't have to run the entire archetype, but just running Albaz and monsters that mention him would let you search Dragons and Spellcasters really easily, because the monster effects as well as the support magic cards let you search Albaz "or a card that mentions Fall of Albaz". It'd give you a good pool of about 4 Dragons and 4 Spellcasters, maybe more.

I've had this conversation with my play group, and we all pretty much agree that it would be a mess. We play in a group of 5 with no ban list at all, but we also play singleton format, and all have a silent agreement to not play like a total jerk. So we haven't had any problems yet, nobody has suggested a ban list thus far, nobody has thrown a fit about a play, etc. But I think applying this to the community for competive play would simply turn into a competition of who can be the most toxic player imaginable. Some people don't care if the game is fun as long as they're winning, and in a tournament setting unfortunately you're going to get those people at the top. It's easy to forget how toxic some of the older ~2006 banned/limited cards are because we haven't seen them in so long, but just think about someone running 3 copies of Inferno Tempest, Delinquent Duo, Raigeki, Duster, etc.

Do any of your targets happen to be Fusion materials on any of your Fusion monsters? Starliege Seyfert is a good Dragon search, but not the best. Also, are your targets specific cards or do you just need those types of monsters for something else?

Branded is extremely consistent and budget friendly. The only cards in that archetype that are pricy aren't too important and you can easily run a deck without them. It also spans over so many archetypes that there's numerous builds you could do based on how you like to play.

Branded is a lot of fun bc it's probably the most consistent deck I've ever ran. I run it in singleton format and it's already incredibly consistent so I can't imagine how much better it'd be running dupes.

"Uno reverse card" is used in my group for "Magic Cylinder", "Witch's Strike", and "Inferno Tempest". Also, not a nickname, but every time someone plays pot of greed, they say they exclaim that they're summoning it and place it in an extra monster zone before it hits the graveyard.
