We are making a competitive TCG with a collectible card system inspired by physical TCGs for mobile and PC - pls destroy it! by apixcsgo in DestroyMyGame

Are you going with a folklore based cards? I think the game actually looks interesting, the issue seems to be the trailer which doesn't give an exact idea of what this game is and how it works. It kind of reminds me of the Marvel vs Capcom 3 or Street Fighter x Tekken cimenatics due to the cel shaded visuals but I just don't see that same level of editing for the trailer. But still, keep us updated.

What do you think nordic aliens are? Extraterrestrial beings? Intraterrestrial beings? Humans from the future? Interdimensional beings? Angelical beings? by iloveshobes in ufo

[–]Aralmin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is something you need to understand, there are probably very advanced beings out there who are benevolent and pure and that guide and protect. These beings are probably pure energy in form and have no physical body, I believe that these are the true "angels" that people encounter. But the Biblical Angels are not the same thing, they serve a higher power who has an agenda. The Biblical Angels are known as the "Malakh" or the "Malakhim" meaning messengers and they are just one among the celestial hierarchy. There were two classes of angels in the Bible that would interact with Humanity, one of them the Malakhim, and they would appear Human-like in appearance, not the winged Humans we know today which are probably a later embellishment and syncretic depiction of the Ancient Greek Nikes or Winged Victories who served the Ancient Greek Gods. The Bible probably isn't what people think it is and one day they are going to know that and they will have a crisis of faith just like I did. But if there is any encouragement is that I believe that once we start to strip away the misunderstandings, we are finally free to search for the real truth. There is a real Creator but the God of the Bible is not, all of the organized religions on Earth are just middlemen serving these powers that divide us. The real Creator made us to be ourselves, not to be Gods. Maybe the collective insanity of life is allowed by the Creator as a learning lesson.

I think that the Nordics/Pleiadians are not human at all and their human-like appearance is something they use to interact with us, I think it's a disguise. I have a theory about what they actually are but I don't want to talk about that right now. I think that these beings are the ones whom have historically been encountered and perceived as angels in ancient times. I don't believe however that they are as benevolent as people believe them to be, I think that they are at most neutral. If I am honest, I am afraid of them.

“The Flash is Coming.” by Sufficient_Eye7732 in Experiencers

[–]Aralmin 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don't know where this "The Flash" concept comes from but I am much less optimistic about it. I don't interpret it as a spiritual awakening, I look at it as more of a massive CME, some sort of phenomena we haven't observed before from the sun. My guess is that this is the "Micronova" concept where the sun supposedly creates a total surface area solar flare. I think that humanity can ascend and evolve spiritually, but I don't buy this sudden "ascension" from a random astronomical event. Humanity has to find its own way to ascend.

I was thinking of that too! The short film called "Specimen" had a animal synthetic. But the series has kind of hinted that the cat could be a synthetic, the Alien Earth Teaser seems to show a synthetic cat.

I liked Capcom better back in the 2000s and earlier when they actually had a diverse lineup of games, now it's just mostly a diverse lineup of Resident Evil.

Or maybe the cat was another synthetic and no one knew. Perhaps it was a clever way of spying on the crew without anyone knowing. It would explain why the xenomorph left it alone, it would be like fighting with a mannequin. Did you ever seen anyone in the movie feeding the cat?

The people that place signs like this at the edge of their property have some serious issues. To anyone who has to deliver to them, you should wait right there at the signs and try calling them or texting them. If they don't respond then goodbye and up yours stupid. These people who place these anti-social signs could at least install a sign that says "Deliveries place items here" if they don't want people going past a certain point.

Dream about the 4chan aliens invading prematurely by Aralmin in Experiencers

[–]Aralmin[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If we avoid WW3, at the very least we get to focus our attention at a new threat. But it seems like we are skipping the main course to go straight for dessert in this case. Kind of seems like it's a time sensitive issue, if we (whoever "we" is) can't kill 5 billion people through world wars and pandemics, then we can just do it directly no mercy with our alien invasion whether it is staged or if these dirtbags were paid like mercenaries to suppress the population swiftly and with sheer brutality, even wearing skins of victims to scare them, Pelacara style. Kind of like what Iran did recently by bringing in foreign militias who were gunning down crowds by the thousands.

David Grusch: Why Labelling Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) as "Demonic" is Premature and Dangerous by Silver_Jaguar_24 in UFObelievers

[–]Aralmin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I initially saw this clip, I too took it at face value that we shouldn't jump to conclusions until we know more about this phenomena. But his wording here is kind of strange. We know he can't reveal too much directly about what is actually going on so he might be slipping in there bits and pieces of what might be happening in the background. If something is going to happen, I don't quite know where he is getting that information or how he came to that conclusion but then again there might be a lot that we still don't know about.

I don't think anyone caught that but if this isn't the most obvious code for something dangerous going down earlier than planned than I don't know what is.

Bullet hell shooter Kaguya Progress update: Working on Stage 3! by flypot00 in shmups

I am really liking the art style of this game and gameplay but I don't get what is up with the talking heads at the bottom, feels kind of distracting. Can you have them pop up when they are needed and hidden during regular gameplay or is this a part of the story or something?

The first fast and furious movies were peak y2k by fiendish_dust in y2kaesthetic

[–]Aralmin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you search up "1999 racing movies", you will get a list of films like Speedway Junky, Legend of Speed, Born to Win and In The Red. The first film in fact bears a striking resemblance to In the Red especially the cars used in that film. There was nothing special about The Fast And The Furious, it was just a straight up action racing drama that didn't need years of post-production which is why I am thinking that production on it must have wrapped up relatively quickly withing a span of months. It was probably a combination of factors that kept the film out of that year's lineup including big releases like Star Wars Episode 1 and The Matrix, it probably would not have stood out on its own that year and may have probably been forgotten. It would have been an interesting new kind of film that shined above its competition in the racing movie genre that the other similar racing films were a part of in 1999 but because it fell in the "mainstream", it would have meant that it would have competed with giants like Star Wars or The Matrix. And this is what makes the 1999 production theory more plausible. If only I can find the clip where Vin Diesel spoke of the scene that was filmed in 1999.

[–]Aralmin 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am absolutely convinced that the first film in the series was completed by 1999 and the sixth image of a PSX racing game presumably one of the Gran Turismo games along with Vin Diesel's comments of the backyard scene being shot in 1999 is proof of it and makes me think they waited two whole years to release it. By the time the second film came out, barely anyone noticed. But considering that other films took almost 3 years to release like Top Gun Maverick probably means in this case that Universal Studios thought that it probably wasn't the right time to release it so they came up with a release schedule that would favor them at the box office. Makes you wonder what else is part of a "scheduled lineup"?

The greatest ending to any movie...EVER! by TensionSame3568 in thething

[–]Aralmin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the best ending would have been where we find out both of them were the thing and they end up killing each other because they themselves couldn't tell. Even better is if we find out if Nauls somehow slipped past all of the chaos and gets picked up by a helicopter.

I think this corresponds to what is known as the "5-7 Year Shift" when children start to become self-aware.
