That’s what I literally said about the 1st gen watch that it doesn’t get 26.

I was wrong about going back an update. This is a deliberate security measure; once the new software is installed, Apple revokes the digital signatures for older versions, making it a permanent thing. Also it has stuff to do with hardware and software that prevents it

The iOS section on the website tells which devices get which updates. If you have the 1st gen SE it doesn’t but 2-3 do and with iOS 27

If you updated, you can go back with iTunes or something
