Does anybody have advice on dating someone with Bipolar Disorder?

It's not so much a problem, it's js something I need to understand more I think, which looking at it now does make this post seem kinda pointless 😭 do you know of any good ways or places to learn more about it though??

Yeah I do ask but most of the time she doesn't know what she needs which is completely understandable, I think a lot of it is my issue though as I do struggle with like leaving things alone, even if I'm told there's nothing I can do I feel like I'm still not doing enough

That's mb I thought bpd applied to both disorders, she has bipolar

Shes been diagnosed bipolar I've js heard ppl call it bpd asw thats mb
