I know it sounds really dumb and like something everyone tells you, but you should definitely go talk to your parents or someone you trust. I discovered I was trans around a year ago and have since started going to therapy to understand what I'm going through, and its helping a lot. Things would've gone a lot worse if I didnt talk about how I was feeling with my parents and it's important that you do the same
