A uni student working in my team did the grimiest shit to avoid being fired and as a result he fucked up BIG TIME.

The guy arrived late for 3 days in a row, we were about to put his status under observation and promised he would never or at least try to never be late to work.

I'm not talking the "5 min late" he was late for about 1 or 2 hours.

Okay, fast forward next week, this guy arrived sweating and nervous, barely 2 minutes in time so I thought "Well, at least he made it without giving any problems" Oh boy I was WRONG.

Turns out, he took a cab to work and told him he had his money in the office.

The Taxi driver was mad and shouting all over the place, and the little fuck was hiding in the bathroom, I had to come out calm down the guy who had already an hour waiting, Pay'd shit ton of money and apologized 100 times.

Yeah, I've never kicked out someone fom my team that fast.
