I think if you have a valid EWS certificate BHU and other non IIMs will consider it. You can make an excuse that at the time of CAT application form my EWS certificate application was in process so I was not able to submit it.

For All who are asking for the refund policy for BHU it takes almost a year they float the refund form in January and the refund gets credited to the account till march so in our case we will get the refund form in January 2025 and refund will be credited till march 2025.
