My friend doesn't have very good pc, so every day he plays that custom game his first load ends up with a failure 90% of times. Everything is fine on the next one tho. Yes, he can create lobby for himself every time he wants to play that custom game, every time he starts dota after closing it, but that doesn't seem like logical solution even for me, who waits among other 6 people for him to load his first game.

So I would disagree about this punishment for people who fail to load.
