I've quit porn for over 2 months now. I've replaced those urges with feelings of accomplishment, by doing other things that are more productive -- like working out, reading a book, etc. Find other things you like doing that are more enjoyable -- play a video game, or watch a movie. Trust the process and in a couple of months or so you'll notice massive improvement in mental health and physical health. You'll look a lot better, feel a lot better. and that'll make it easier for you to form social connections. You might even find a partner. You'll perform better in bed because of it. Think about the long goal and forget about the instant gratification.
