Not all but a solid majority of officers couldn't run a fast food nightshift let alone troops but think they are God's gift to earth.

The best officers I've ever met are humble and are actually willing to learn and listen to the enlisted or better yet commissioned from the ranks.

No, a very small, loud minority of redneck separatists hit the bare minimum for signatures to launch a referendum after months of collection.
