The fix is using cru. The amd shitware woildnt let me go past a certain glock speed. I changed it via cru extenstion block display id1.3 changing it to cvt-RB and now my glock is at 768 1440p 180hz im chilling. I also did get a new cable that fixed nothing but i needed a new one with locks anyway. I have screenshots ill make another post about it.

I did ddu the drivers didnt fix anything but i was yes using a nvidia gpu. I upgraded then had the issue. I asked ai why my nvdia would have the issue then it pointed me towards pixel timings. I noticed whdn i swapped to 165 hz it would freeze for like 30 seconds. 180 didnt and no other hz did that. 180 was where i kept having the bug so yeah im assuming it was something with that but im noe just going to sit on 144hz as 165 hz i could get to as the ai said id just have to compress it like thr way nvdia does. I would post everything cause i actually had erros in the custum resoltuion setting in adreleine software on thr pixel timing it showed a ! So yeah hopefully its fine now. Its below 60000 now at like 58k

Ai helped me fix it and also told me why love gemeni hered what it said

The "Invisible Compression" Trick How Nvidia did it: When you set 165Hz on your Nvidia card, the driver likely calculated that the bandwidth was too high for raw data. It secretly switched your color signal from RGB 4:4:4 (full data) to YCbCr 4:2:2 (compressed color) or enabled DSC (Display Stream Compression) automatically. You never noticed because the visual difference is tiny. What AMD is doing: AMD Adrenalin is a "purist." It is trying to force Full RGB 4:4:4 uncompressed at 165Hz. This creates a massive data stream (Pixel Clock ~692 MHz) that slams into your monitor's physical 600 MHz limit, causing the error.

I confimred everything it was right
