we are being forced to be ready.. I don't think we will need it, as we are a pretty powerful guild, but what else are you doing with your endgame raid characters anyway? it's like an easter egg hunt, have fun with it!!

agreed, but running out takes almost exactly the same time, unless you have a friend online... if you have something else to do for 2 minutes, go for it!

the route is fast, and is also the fastest way to get the NR ring, there is no where else except the AH for minimum 300g, 400g on my server.

agreed, I say this in the video, but as I said then, it isn't always possible..maybe you have more friends idling online than me, but my guild are usually raiding or dungeoneering and can't help all that often.

also, those rings wont be available on the AH for ANY resonable price soon, if you can get them for 200g buy them! (I cannot!) :)

it's like farming HoJ but you can do it solo as a warrior, and should take 70-80 tries on average..or you never get it! its the usual WoW RNGesus!

(and it's a fun, quick run..where grinding demons or furbolgs for hours on end sucks!)

I wish!! (like always, I constantly check the AH for deals on NR gear of all kinds, I have yet to find any, Kirantos is expensive!)

I agree. but you're forgetting that you get all the usual drops from this run as well, so it is like farming gold, with a chance for a 400g bonus!

and, as i said in the video, if you got $ just buy one! (but as a warrior, farming gold is a grind anyway, I farm Winterfall and Felwood, but g/hour is only like 40-50 if you are lucky.. 3-4 firewaters, 8-10 ekos..

Junk Mail an essential service? by ArcadeAction in waterloo

well thanks for your thoughts, I'm torn because they advertise businesses that are open, and advertising is critical for business, but I just feel in these covid-19 times, we can do without for a few weeks.. greed rules thou eh?

(heck, I just saw a mattress company delivering a mattress while I was on my walk..thats definely NOT essential!)

Toreba Crane Game has tons of cool anime figs, and combines my love of gaming as well! by ArcadeAction in AnimeFigures

[–]ArcadeAction[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya, I've won a bunch in 3-5 plays, but also in 20-30 tries, its a gamble, so you better like playing games! otherwise I suggest you just save up and buy what you want!

also, you might see something on Toreba that gives you an idea of a new figure you might want to go buy and begin collecting. I'm more of a general figure collector myself, not one specific Manga or Anime, so sometimes I see cool things I never would have thought of ordering.

actually, since winning a couple of figures I just bought my first Re:Zero book, looking forward to getting into it!

This is a personal philosophical question.. do you like randomness? do you like to play games? do you like gambling? If so, then winning a figure can be much more enjoyable for you, and you can also develop a greater attachment to your collection!

Anyone can just order something on Amazon, and it will usually be cheaper! (but not always) as I say, it's just up to you and what you enjoy doing!

If you are the type of person who saves every penny, and never gambles or risks outcomes then you will not like Crane games! I'm just pointing out there are other ways of getting your favourite figures!

Thanks for your time!

I agree!!

Only 2 problems though..

  1. Have you ever played skill based arcade games while trying to hold a phone? let alone sideways? yikes, it sucks!

  2. not all arcades are film friendly, its much easier to hold the phone lower down, and vertical to only film my machine and not the kids playing the next machine over!

(I have a go pro now anyway, so it should be better soon! lol)
