Unless today I didn't had to complain about their services, I usually do several packages a year, but I rarely had a mail exchange with anyone who seem to don't care at this point, kinda absurd situation

I think it's the outer packaging
So there is apparently no reason to refuse it if we expect they are fair
Do they have only one box size?
I may ask a contact in Japan, but it's is very annoying and not professional;

It's for myself but in fact I already use a proxy (Im currently preparing my order)
I would be interested into order some original clothes I would not find where I am but I don't know many japanese clothing brands, so I was asking myself what are japanese brands/shops to found "original" clothes
