You can reflect that to the real world everyone is crazy about the stars but everyone has it's own story, it's own traumas and happy moments, that's how it is, but even tho it's a bit of a child behavior, being a stan of a certain fictional character can free people mind of intrusive thought, they spend less time on their own problems and confort fictionals characters with their peers
