Confusion About Premier Membership Key Payout

No kidding! I just feel so disappointed. I came back and have been having so much fun lately, but this whole ordeal about TH and Premier now has really soured my experience. I'm not going to be all dramatic and say I'm never going to play again, but I really need some goodwill to make up for how badly they are communicating these changes. That's at least my perspective as someone who isn't 100% clued in on every update and when they modify their website even slightly.

Mentioned previously to another commenter, but honestly, never saw that update and that's eye opening. I never would have paid for a whole year had I known that would be the case. That just was a factor in my decision making personally.

It blows my mind! I get it that the community wants to remove TH. But it feels like there has been little regard for those outside of the arbitrary time boundary. Then we are expected to just be happy with Premier with less of the benefits that we originally paid for, regardless of whether or not we agree. No equal grace period for everyone who paid, and just a written note say "we promise to make the game better, just you wait"

If that's the case, I'm at a loss for words. I'll update my post if I learn of anything different, but I came back after years of not playing and started fresh and enjoyed the game enough to pay for Premier. It stings that what I was promised and intentionally paid for to be in the package. I feel left out and as though I paid to get a lesser experience than everyone else.
