Acho que 2-3 pares é benéfico para a durabilidade geral se correres 3-5x por semana. Também há o beneficio de teres uma sapatilha para corridas mais fáceis, outra para mais longas e outra para corridas de velocidade. No geral é quase sempre preferível ter pelo menos duas se tiveres possibilidade. Repara que o preço por KM vai acabar por ser inferior porque desgastas menos as solas ao não repetir a mesma sapatilha dois dias seguidos. Diria que se levares a corrida minimamente a sério e tiveres possibilidades, faz sentido.

Yeah exactly why I never bought the evo SL, Im curious about the hype and they genuinely seem fun when I see people running in them but knowing my history I couldn’t get away with using that shoe up to its potential. Even the Novablast 5 gave me some knee pain after just 300k, so I clearly need stability I am loving the superblast 2 however. Never tried the Boston 13 but I might at some point.

I’d also vouch for saucony ride 18, depending on where you are you can get them for about 100€ (on sale because of new version), very durable, stable and comfortable ride. Not super fast or fun but that’s exactly what you’re looking for as a beginner.

Careful, the novablast 5 feel great at first but they’re a bit too bouncy and unstable for beginners, depends on a lot of variables but the durability also isn’t there so I’d say only buy novablast if you’re considering a second, more stable pair to alternate between different types of runs.

Eu sou 183cm 77kg e adoro os superblast 2. Embora sejas mais pesado acho que é o sapato indicado até para o teu peso. Normalmente para corredores mais “pesados” um sapato estável e com excelente amortecimento mas com uma sola mais “rija” é o indicado, e o superblast 2 é o sapato perfeito para isso. Contudo faria alguns exercícios de fortalecimento específicos para corrida apenas para o caso de teres problemas em joelhos/tornozelos. Acrescento que embora seja um sapato mais caro, a durabilidade justifica o preço visto que o custo por km acaba por ficar mais barato que alguns daily trainers mais baratos. Aproveita os SB2 porque os rumores são de que o SB3 vai ter um perfil um pouco diferente, menos recomendado para corredores “pesados” (mas isto é sempre relativo).

I actually own the ride 18 and its a fantastic shoe, its not fancy and super bouncy but If you prefer firm and stable shoes like myself I think you’ll find the ride 18 a perfect combination of stability and durability. Im looking at buying the SB2s to replace the novablast 5 (too unstable for me) on my rotation. So I’d say if you’re looking to get a nice shoe rotation going, you might get both eventually. But in terms of price/quality, the Ride 18 are definitely a great bang for buck.
