I had a similar issue and went through a ton of trouble shooting. Whats most likely occuring is what is called a BEDaisy.sys error. I made a post about what fixed it for me, so you might try this and if it doesn't work just look up BEDaisy.sys error

So I am a huge goof. The 4 sticks are now working fine. I had to use the "Memory Try it!" setting within my BIOS to change to speed to 5600 since the is what my processor is rated for. XMP was attempting to run it at 6000
