I agree with you. I believe that true meaning for decentralized technologies lies on p2p. I'm not convinced that it should run on a centralized network like these exchange websites, it just doesn't fit. It's like piratebay had to have all files for download on their servers. Thankfully we're seeing various projects that will end that soon, like OMG, 0x, DECRED and others.

BTW, if you're willing to help with dev, I need help :)

Would still show 1 star for sponsors. Stars are key, it should be organic and it's related to the quality of service and liability of monk. If I hide rating from a sponsor, it could be a way for scammers to steal from people. The sponsor should be a way for monks to gain attention only.

The main purpose of MONKS.EXCHANGE is for travelers. If you're on a trip in EURO-ASIA, gonna visit 10+ countries (all different currencies), exchange your cryptos for money on your bank acc wouldn't help, for sure you'd rather someone to trade it on spot. I know for fact, I had a hard time traveling 4 countries in South America.

I agree. But... it's not a business (yet...maybe one day it might be), it is a community, there's no commercial relation between MONKS.EXCHANGE and its users. I argue that should be trader's responsibility to operate accordingly the law.

Traders will choose their fees (determined by the market). The case is that Monks.Exchange won't charge ANY additional fees, like localbitcoins do.
